My suggestion for build-menu:

EX_00_LB=Execute _Script
EX_00_CM=groovy "%f"
EX_00_WD=

To execute a non-script made by using groovyc, you'd need to also add the groovy jar to the classpath, but too difficult, so no reason for it.

Also, I think it'd be great to add Gradle files:

Groovy=*.groovy;*.gradle;
