@pouyakary We are now in the process of copying all themes from geany-themes to Geany and we need to be sure about the license of each of the themes, see
geany/geany#4035

The Geany variants of your themes don't mention any license. I checked the license of https://github.com/pouyakary/procolors which seems to be GPLv3 - is your port for Geany GPLv3 as well?
In fact, we are a bit unsure if we can bundle a GPLv3 theme with Geany which is "GPLv2 or later" (see geany/geany#4044 (comment)). So for us it would be ideal if your theme could also be GPLv2 or later. Is there any specific reason for using GPLv3?
