I kept GDB in it, because it doesn't take up much space and it can be useful for debugging. If there's some security issue with it (like with GPG) or if different versions of it (as I am bundling a fairly old version of it) are vastly different (hence making it attractive to just let users take care of it as a dependency), as is the case with GCC, I will be willing to delete it.
