Steps to reproduce:
* open a file
* delete the file outside geany
* geany will notice and show the message banner
* Choose File->Save As and save the file *with a different name*
* the message remains
Tested on Linux, think I discovered it on Windows.

To toggle the long line marker I need to navigate to
`Edit > Preferences > Editor > Display > (Long line marker) Enabled`
when I should probably be able to
`View > Show Long Line Marker`

I'm often using geany in order to perform simple o not simple operation on texts. I open geany, I paste a text, I edit it, and then I cut it in order to paste into another app.
After doing all this stuff, if I close geany, it asks me if I want to save the content. But:
- I opened geany with a brand new void file
- I'm closing geany/the document without any content
I think that the document/geany can be safely closed without asking anything.

Passing filenames *does not* disable loading session.
Mention *Open new files from the command-line* pref.
Remove redundant note about line number and column number.

This is nice for when the application / the system is crashing, or there is a power outage.

Wise(ish) words, and its corollary, 'Every time a PR changes "somebody" has to re-check it and re-test it, and eventually "somebody" gets bored' :-)
