I've mangled the python lexer file as much as I could to get indentation based folding of text files. One main problem is that lines starting with a comment character (#) are ignored so they can never be the top line of a fold. Having a Text file lexer for folding would be awesome.

Alright, I upgraded to macOS 13 so I'm able to reproduce the issue. I've rebuilt Geany with the latest GTK version and Geany version from git master which can be downloaded here:
https://download.geany.org/snapshots/geany-1.38_osx_arm64.dmg
(The latest GTK seems to improve rendering performance so scrolling seems to be much faster plus there are some minor goodies in Geany so I recommend trying this version.)
First I thought this fixed the problem because when installed, launching the script worked. But once I uploaded the installer to the Geany site and then installed the downloaded version of the installer, it stopped working again. I think this is some sort of security protection to avoid executing some random scripts from the Internet using the built-in terminal.
Then I found this article
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74187734/launchpackager-command-can-t-b…
with a workaround - one has to use a different terminal application for execution. When you use e.g. iTerm and in Geany under `Edit->Settings->Tools` set `open -a iTerm %c` as the terminal command, iTerm launches without any problems and performs the execute command.

I think geany projects should have MIME type other than text/plain so that it can get another default app (geany) than plain text file (eg. text editor). If there is another way to do so, please tell me.

I've noticed that the accept/reject notification dialog is displayed for files which have been modified outside of geany (which may or may not have been changed), at least I don't remember having made changes, outside of geany, every time it is displayed.
I find my self just clicking **ignore** (which seems to be often) and just moving on.
I'm wondering if:
1. Is the notification dialog really necessary? (eg. could it just force the rejection and log a status message)
2. or maybe the display of the notification dialog could be a plugin configuration option (if it is disabled -- then maybe it could be auto-rejected like in the first part and perhaps that could be configured as well)
Long story short -- I really don't think displaying a modal notification, when a file is loaded, is really necessary when all someone wants to do (is ignore/reject) and load the standard bookmarks (which from my experience aren't saved by geany).

This following code blob in **geanynumberedbookmarks.c** is responsible for showing the dialog:

In the SaveSettings function (lines 488 to 495) -- if the file details are stored in separate files it will also be written to settings.conf --
https://github.com/geany/geany-plugins/blob/ddf06e8a1ce945a9d3dbdf482dc9aeb…
**Unless this is, by-design, I think that the following change to the while loop will make it so that the bookmarks are only stored in settings.conf if separate files are not being used**
```
488 while( (fdTemp!=NULL) && (WhereToSaveFileDetails==0) )
489 {
[...]
495 }
```

Hi, the dark blue color in my terminal is barely legible with my theme. I've looked everywhere and I can't find a way to change the color to something more contrasted.
