If possible, I'd like for geany to use an inotify hook (where available) to detect delete/rename of open files in real-time.

I use geany for python programming with vte enabled. I regularly use `Send Selection to Terminal` for my work and I find it most helpul for debugging my code. `Send Selection to Terminal` works every time except the Indented lines (eg:`<tab>print('world')`) where it result in an `IndentationError`. I also request a function in which we can send a line of code to terminal without even selecting it. For example
```
i=0
print("hello")
if i==0:
print("world")
```
if I want to print hello, now I need to select the line `print("hello")` and then `Send Selection to Terminal` to get the output in vte. Instead of this I want to click any where on that line and then do `Send Line to Terminal` without selecting it. Similarly to print world instead of selecting `<tab>print('world')` I want to click on that line and then print the output world.

Allow platform-specific keybinding overrides. At the moment only for OS X
where the keybindings can be set inside keybindings_osx.conf. Similar
config files can be added for other platforms if needed in the future.
The only change is the new init_platform_kb() function which is called inside keybindings_init() (had to move it down a bit in the source code to avoid forward declarations but there's no other change in this function).

I want to remove the status, complier, messages, scribble, and terminal tabs of Geany message window. Basically, I prefer that when I open the message window Geany automatically opens the terminal window without showing the tabs. How could I get this setup?

I think it would make sense to give commander like search as you type interface for project organizer related `find file` and `find tags`. Say you show an entry box and as you type show the related list of objects and open file/with tags on `enter`

I am using xfce4-terminal on Arch Linux with Geany 1.31-1. I have my Terminal tool path set to
xfce4-terminal -e "/bin/sh %c"
and I have a command bound to Super + T
exo-open --launch TerminalEmulator
When I have a simple C program compiled and press "Run or view the current file" in Geany with the Execute command
"./%e"
the program runs in an xfce4-terminal window and prints the standard trailer ending in "Press return to continue". If I then use my Super + T shortcut while focused on the terminal window or not to open a new terminal window, the window opens so now I have two terminals, one of which was not created by Geany. Pressing the "Run or view the current file" button (which is now a stop sign instead of gears) again closes both terminal windows.
However, if I create the other terminal window first by doing Super + T and then click the gear button in Geany, the gear button does not change.
I haven't ever looked at Geany's code, but I think this might be caused by finding the terminal process to watch by using pgrep or similar, but because the child process actually running the program has not fully started it finds the existing one and waits for it to close. I assume this event is monitored by having the Geany wrapper script send SIGUSR1 or something like that. And presumably the stop button uses killall or similar thus accidentally killing all terminals. There's a pretty good chance that's totally wrong though :p.

In `Edit=>Preferences=>Editor.Features`, I added a checkbox "Comment Blank Line(s)" for issue #2239.
When this option is turned on and when commenting (`Edit=>Format=>Comment Line(s)`) or toggling comments (`Ctrl+E`), blank (empty) line(s) will also be commented.
For example, if you comment this code...
```Ruby
puts <<EOD
EOD
```
..., it will do this:
```Ruby
# puts <<EOD
#
# EOD
```
It should work for Comment, Uncomment, and Toggle. By default, it is off/false.
If this merge is accepted, `doc/geany.html` and the screenshot in this HTML file will need to be updated.
