[geany] URL encoded filename in debug messages (#779)

On Windows if a session file in the project doesn't exist, a message like this shows up in the debug messages: > Could not find file 'C%3A%5CUsers%5Cme%5CProjects%5Cfoo%5Cbar.cpp'. [geany/geany] Spawn tests incorrect value? (#1256)

In `spawn.c` [here](https://github.com/geany/geany/blob/master/src/spawn.c#L1158) condition is tested against `G_IO_FAILURE` but [this](https://developer.gnome.org/glib/stable/glib-IO-Channels.html#GIOCond… does not list that as one of the values. Instead I believe the return from the `g_io_channel_write_chars()` should be checked or the `error` used if more precision is needed. [geany] Autocomplete not working at all (#710)

I have no autocomplete functionality at all. This is repeated on two different machines with identical versions: geany 1.25, GTK 2.24.28, Glib 2.44.1, Xfce 4.12, Linux 4.2.3-1-ARCH Tried with java, python, bash, and html. I'm editing a file, which contains the following line: ```php // match cite preg_match_all( '/<blockquote>(?:.*?)(?:–|–|\\-|<br />\w-)(.*?)(:?<\/p>)(?:.*)?<\/blockquote>/s', $r, $matches ); ``` When trying to edit the text inside the regex, geany craches with the message in th title. Inside #478 we recognized that Treebrwoser is using direct access to internal things of Gtk. [geany/geany] Geany Scope shows blank window (#1048)

If you load geany scope, load a simple "Hello world" software written in C compiled with -g, and you start the execution with geany scope you obtain a blank window without text or buttons and geany freeze.. so geany scope is unusable... geany scope 1.27 in Fedora 24 with italian language reported in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1341107 --- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread. [geany/geany] Close all to the left or right (#1507)

In the drop down file list on the tabs, I would like to be able to close everything to the right of the current file opened so I can keep the files to the left of the current file open. [geany/geany-plugins] Travis fails, needs updating to C++11 (#596)

Geany now needs a C++11 compiler due to Scintilla 3.7.5 and therefore so does Geany Plugins since it uses the Geany compilation options, but Travis uses an old compiler so it fails.
