[Geany] how to highlight multi-line code blocks in geany

I don't see no horizontal dotted line on the image, are you talking
about the vertical dots, "indentation guides"?

If yes, yes it's available in Geany ans is called "indentation guides",
and the setting is in edit->preferences->editor->display->show
indentation guides
