[Geany] Add 'Terminal' to the workspace

Short answer: you can't.

Long answer: it works under linux.  This is because the terminal tab is 
an interface to vte, which is not available for windows yet.  There's 
been talking of vte being ported to windows, and other solution that are 
compatible with windows.
