[Geany] Geany with Windows : how to change the language interface ?

Should be possible by modify and using the bat file described on 
http://www.geany.org/Documentation/FAQ#QQuestions11 

I tried it with 

--snippet--
set LANG=fr
geany
--snippet--

and got an French interface
