[Geany] New Plugin: GeanyLaTeX-plugin 0.1

Hi, 

I've uploaded a 0.1.1 version, which contains only a number of little
fixes.

* Plugin is not document sensitive anymore
* Fixed a number of GCC-compiler warnings when compiling with -Wextra
* Added accelerators for better navigation inside menu
