[Geany] Shift Ctrl '[' and ']'

Possible bug: on my system, although Ctrl-[ and Ctrl-] move up- and
down-by-paragraph, I'd expect that holding down the Shift key with
them would allow me to select paragraphs-at-a-time, but it doesn't
work. I've tried it with all combinations of both Shift and Ctrl keys
but no joy.

(Caveat: I'm using a kinda' fancy programmable keyboard, using the
dvorak layout, but that's never been an issue in the past.)
