[Geany] Terminal emulator doesn't remember colors

I'm using the SVN snapshot from the Ubuntu dapper repository, so my
apologies if this bug has already been fixed.

The terminal emulator widget doesn't remember the colors specified in the
preferences. I have specified a white background and black text in the
preferences dialog, but when geany starts up it uses the default white text
on black background. If I open up the preferences dialog however, the
correct colors are applied.
