I disagree. I think we should also translate such strings as there are
people outside which are doing programming work/scripting work without
knowing English very well. E.g. I know an 11 year old which is hacking
Python as there is no tomorrow - I don't need to say his English isn't
as advanced as he can use Geany in LANG=C.
