I re-read the manual and tried the call again on some hefty source files: Nothing again.<div><br></div><div>This time, however, I think I pinpointed my problem: my Geany version does not have the R parser. Time to update! Please disregard the previous messages.<br>

</div>Thats the output file that it is creating. you can list several rfiles<br>
and all the tags will go in the same tagfile.<br>
<br>
Please read the manual regarding tagfile naming convention and where<br>
to put it if you want it automatically loaded, otherwise you can<br>
manually load it.<br>
