To cut it down: this patch does session support only, the normal
start/close of Geany is completely unaffected. The users will see
whatever geany.conf options they have saved, whenever they have saved
them, be it even before a session restart.

The "multiple instance save-settings" problem, if any, is not related
to this sm implementation.
